Shelly's "other" birthday party.
Shelly turned 50 on Wednesday.
We were going to have a suprise bbq for her on Saturday, but they had baseball (late notice from her husband), so we had a small dinner on Wed for her.
but Mitzi had a few of us over on Sat. anyway, and guess who got back from Baseball early?

HMS Pinafore docks in Winnemucca!
Winnemucca locals presented Gilbert & Sullivan's HMS Pinafore for three outstanding performances Friday and Saturday, June 4 and 5. Jenna was one of the "sisters, cousins and aunts"
It was sponsored by the Northern Nevada Arts Council and the Winnemucca Civic Chorus.

sticking our toes in the Long Island Sound
There is no actual picture of us sticking our toes in the Long Island Sound....but we did.
One afternoon when we were back east for our kids graduations, we saw a sign that said "Connecticut Beaches" and we went.
Just to say we did.
